I travelled across my hometown, Blackburn, with £0 to see if it’s really possible to get around with nothing. Starting at the Welcome to Blackburn sign on moulden brow and finishing at the Welcome to Blackburn sign on Whitebirk Road, I had to rely completely on the kindness of strangers.
Along the way, I set myself a few challenges: get free food, travel in a vehicle without paying, interact with five different people, give something to someone in need, get a free souvenir, and get a free drink — all without spending any money.
This video is a test before I take the challenge further and try to make it home from somewhere else in the UK with £0.
