Richard Toporouski lives in Caledonia Subdivision of Yorkville, and his Home would be facing the Data Centers.

Richard says there has Not been a Combined Study Done for the 5 Data Centers that Would be Surrounding his Home.

He Does Not feel that the City of Yorkville is being Transparent.

Richard states "I'd Rather Have Transparency, and Say You Know What, I think it's Better for my Family to Move, than stay and See What Happens."

He expresses Concerns over his Children Playing in his Subdivision if the Data Centers are built in Yorkville, Illinois.

The Yorkville Planning and Zoning Commission Recommended NOT to Rezone the Meyer Property, which is Planned for a Data Center.

The Yorkville City Council has the Final Vote.

Project Cardinal is a 17 Million Sq. Ft. Facility, which has been Approved for Rezoning, Cyrus One Data Center is Approved, Project Steel is looking for Zoning Approval, along with a Conglomerate of sites in the area.

Project Cardinal would be 625 Feet from Homes, including Bristol Bay Subdivision, which has a Playground where Children Play.

If more of these Projects are Approved, there would be 8 More Subdivisions Affected. Some being within 1125 feet from Homes, and Parks.
