DUP MLA Arlene Foster now says she backs Tom Elliott in his bid for Westminster despite saying just months ago that he could not win.
This follows an agreement of a pact between Mr. Elliott’s party and the DUP which allows him a free run in Fermanagh-south Tyrone.
Other candidates in the race incumbent, Sinn Fein's Michelle Gildernew, SDLP's John Coyle, the Green Party's Tanya Jones and Hannah Su from the Alliance Party.
