Ravi Sharma ने IBPS PO exam में Top किया है. एक दिशाहीन student से Punjab National Bank PO बनने तक का सफर Ravi के लिए आसान नहीं था. पर उन्होंने हिम्मत ना हारते हुए अपनी नज़र सिर्फ लक्ष्य पर रखी. Ravi ने engineering करने के बाद जॉब करना शुरु किया. पर थोड़े समय बाद ही अपनी जॉब से नाखुश होकर उन्होनें banking exam की तैयारी करने का निर्णय लिया.
Bank exam की तैयारी करते वक्त उन्हें कई challenges और failures का सामना करना पड़ा, पर हर challenge को पार करते हुए उन्होनें Bank PO का exam crack किया. इस जोश Talks में देखिये कैसे Ravi ने अपने Failures से सीखकर Banker बनने के सपने को पूरा किया.

We are all directionless and confused about our career at some point of time in life. However, people who try to look beyond the clouds of confusion achieve their goal in life and create their success story. Ravi was one such directionless youth. He started his academic career by pursuing engineering.

After doing engineering, Ravi found a job in an MNC. He was unhappy with his job and decided to prepare for Bank PO exam. This decision was tough for him but he was resolved to achieve his dream. He started preparing for the exam while doing a job. After failing in many attempts, he didn’t lose his hope and cleared the exam.

Today he is working as a Probationary Officer in Punjab National India. Ravi Sharma shares tips to succeed in Bank PO exams from his own experience.
