2 lbs ground lamb/minced lamb
1 large onion, minced/grated
1 large carrot, grated
1/4-1/3 cup peas (optional) or you can also add sweet corn
2 cloves garlic, grated
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2-3 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp dried thyme or fresh
1/2 tsp dried or fresh rosemary, chopped
1/4 cup red wine
Salt and pepper
fresh chicken stick or 1 chicken cube dissolved in 1 cup water
2.5 lbs potatoes (peeled and cut into chunks)
1 egg yolk
1 tbsp fresh milk(optional)
2-3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp cheddar or parmesan cheese, grated
