The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword - Complete Walkthrough Part 51: Sky Keep (Part 1)
Somewhere, inside is hidden the Triforce.
This temple is really special therefore, here is how i'm gonna proceed for the Walkthrough:
Part 1 (This one): Dealing with the Room of the Forest and Desert.
Part 2: Dealing with the Room of Fire and the Miniboss.
Part 3: Getting all the Triforce Part.
Because this question is probably gonna be asked, here is how to get the Hylian Shield:
Once you're done helping the dragon in Lanayru Gorge, go back to talk to him, he'll propose you a sort of 'game': beating all the bosses you fought during the game or redo the Silent Realm (Trials).
Accept the Boss game and chain 8 battles then quit (you have to stop, you don't get all the rewards, only the last one he told you about), the shield is yours.
Note that quitting after 4 battles also grants you a Piece of Heart.
For those who wonder, beating all the bosses of the game in a row grants you 3000 Rupees.
