The droid army was vast and made up of many trillions of specialised units. Determining the deadliest droid is difficult as it greatly depends on the situation. In terms of skill, that likely goes to the IG-110 lightsaber droid. These droids were essentially upgraded magnaguards and designed to be as skilled with a lightsaber as a Jedi. However in terms of raw firepower, this likely goes to either the Scorpenek Annihilator Droid or the B3 battle droid. As we've detailed in a recent video, Scorpenek Annihilator Droids were incredibly deadly. However, in my opinion, B-3 ultra battledroids are likely more powerful While it was not armed with an energy shield, it was armed with a flamethrower, rockets, a plasma cannon as well as dual rapid-fire blasters. Unlike the scorpinec annihilator droid, the B3 was highly resistant to force push and pull due to the fact it could increase its weight twentyfold.


That being said, Scorpenek Annihilator Droids and their little brothers the Droideka were probably the most feared. These droids did have humble beginnings with some theorizing they were paid for with mere Ewok jerky which you can find out about in this video.
