Anyway, what you're seeing here is the clip from a lost unauthorized/authorized Doraemon film called 'Robot War', released in 1983 by Cuckoo's Nest Studios. The reason why I said 'unauthorized/authorized' is because...
A. The film wasn't licensed by the creators of Doraemon, despite the fact that the film keeps the spirit of the anime that's based on.
B. It was made by a legitimate animation company, Cuckoo's Nest in Taiwan. It was an animation studio created to produce overseas for Hanna Barbera Cartoons, but quickly became a production house outsourcing to different companies like DIC Animation City.

Anyway, I just hope this video doesn't get spammed the same way as the Doraemon PC Engine gameplay video by World of Longplays, because I will get so pissed off and had to disable the comments section and like range. Sorry people, but be careful what you touch and DON'T mess with the ReBlue!

Anyway, about the film, another thing you'll notice is the subtitles. It's unknown why this was included in the final release though. Strange huh? What's more strange is the plot itself, that it takes place in Japan and Taiwan and there is a giant robot attacking Taiwan and it's up to Doraemon and Nobita to save the day. Typical Doraemon plot.
