In recent months doing these videos a theme has started to emerge, people are reporting being fed up with modern caravans letting them down. I’ve just sold and fired up all the systems in a 2005 Bailey Pageant Bordeaux and everything worked first time, no PCB issues, no fault codes, no toilet pump problems, everything worked.
The question is, do we need or want all the touchscreen interfaces we are seeing in modern caravans, do we need countless PCB’s controlling systems that were perfectly fine before. Or are the issues we see in this new technology worth putting up with for the feel of the new age of the touchscreen, because this is what we have now come accustom to?
