30 days ago I quit my 6-figure real estate business with my dad.
Based entirely on a gut feeling that I was playing the wrong game (or at least by the wrong rules).
Since then I’ve been couch surfing, posting every day, competing in jiu-jitsu, and figuring it out as I go.
This weekend I spoke at an event in Vegas. Opened Day 2. Shared my personal story about a payphone, the 3 cheat codes I live by, and why I chose curiosity over certainty.
Someone told me I was their favorite speaker.
Now I’m in Utah. Salt Lake City.
This video is raw. No edits. Just me talking to the camera about where I’m at, what I’m learning, and what’s next.

I don’t have it all figured out. But I’m not where I was.
