Hello Friends, this is our second episode of Tirthan Valley. We got a chance to visit the beautiful Sharch village.
Sharchi is a small village in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh, India. It is situated at an altitude of 7,284 ft above sea level. It comes under Tirthan valley and is approx. 17km from Gushaini.One can reach Sharchi directly from Gushaini by road either from Manali, Aut, Banjar road or from Shimla, Narkanda, Jalori Pass, Banjar road. Snowy peaks in the backdrop make Sharchi a very picturesque village. It has large apple orchards and big traditional Kath-Kuni style wooden houses. One can visit heritage villages Bandal, Jamala to enjoy the green meadows and futher trek to Lambri Top from here. Sharchi is not very popular amongst the tourists hence still a hidden gem in Tirthan Valley, Himachal.
