Описание: This is the Old Coach Road at Alfriston in East Sussex, and runs from Alfriston to West Firle, and is over 4 miles long. It's shared with every man and his dog, so have respect for each other and this lovely old green lane can be ours to use for a very long time. Anyone of any ability can ride this and there are loads of places to stop for a picnic before turning around and doing it all over again in the other direction. The infamous roots section at the beginning is nothing to really worry about, although I did get stuck there on my classic bike a while ago when my footrest dug fast into the clay embankment. If you have a modern off road bike, it will be a breeze.
