Описание: Here , in this video, i have shown how we can use Programmable Unijunction Transistor, 2N6027/2N6028 to design an Oscillator. A Capacitor is connected to the Gate of the PUT, which decides the Threshhold along with the Voltage divider resistors, at first the PUT is OFF, and the Capacitor starts charging, as soon as the Capacitor reaches the Threshold Voltage, the PUT is turned ON, and current starts flowing from Anode to Cathode, and the Capacitor discharges through the PUT, which causes the Gate Voltage to drop below Threshold, and again the PUT turns OFF, and Cap starts to charge. This ON-OFF Signal is amplified using two NPN Transistors connected in Darlington Emitter base configuration, which amplifies the signal and this signal is fed to the Buzzer, which sounds the Alarm, in a smooth oscillating way...Two stages of PUT along with Capacitor -Resistor sections are connected to make the oscillations slow and smooth...
