The video discusses methods such as budgetary control, standard costing, break-even analysis and statistical data in traditional techniques, along with modern techniques like Return on Investment (ROI), ratio analysis, responsibility accounting and management audit. Each technique is explained in a simple and structured manner with an exam-oriented approach. This video is specially designed for Class 12 students to build strong conceptual clarity and prepare confidently for board examinations.
