Join me during a day of training at the famous Tulum Jungle Gym. I am here with my daughter Michelle MacDonald (@yourhealthyhedonista) and Katie Davies (@katietrainsalot). This gym is just incredible! I really feel like Wilma from the Flintstones. Everything is made of stone, wood, or marble. I can't wait to be back here in November during my retreat with my fellow fitness lovers of ALL ages. We will be training here a few days with Katie putting us through our paces (if I can do a burpee you can too too!).
