When it comes to building a legacy, Need For Speed is in the running for the most influential racing series of all time. This legacy comes at a cost, as straying too far from its storied history is sure to divide fans, yet sticking too close leaves the series devoid of creativity and stuck iterating on itself ad nauseum. Since the series's reboot back in 2015, I've found this identity crisis to be at the forefront of why I cant say that I love this series, and in this supercut, we take a look at all 4 games post 2015, and dissect why this is.
