Here's a little update on our food forest project in Thailand. We''re waiting for our tiny house to be delivered. Then we'll hook up our off-grid solar panel setup to produce the power to run it. How much will our solar system power? We aren't sure yet!
We are planting in the Syntropic Agroforestry method and we need to finish up getting our infrastructure set up. Then we will start planting annual vegetables while our fruit trees and hardwoods continue to grow.
There's a lot of growing methods like permaculture and others but we will be using the syntropic method of growing. It's a steep hill to climb but we are up for the new challenge.
