Описание: The renowned Field Records from the Netherlands released a 3 vinyl samplers of music from the label's artists old and new simply entitled 'Collection'. There was however nothing simplistic regarding the depth and creativity exemplified by the imprints tradition of cultivating deep, Detroit-inspired electronic music with high-class contributions from various artists. Built on minimalism and modesty, the boutique label has expanded into a consortium for quality since first emerging in 2008. The first of three samplers features Voiski, Acronym and Ben Buitendijk from the ESHU collective. The overriding standout from the consolidated 3 vinyl series and featured track is served up by Italian extravert, Acronym, with his precocious and richly immersive '16 Cygni', a cosmic voyage into unchartered Techno abyss that is hypnotic, slick and intergalactic. Ben Buitendijk's offers up some Millsian, streamlined techno urgency with his 'Colourblind' and finally Voiski gets all elastic and industrial tinged with his whip lashing effort. This first sampler explores the sort of classy techno the label has become synonymous with in recent times and does so in plenty of style.
