A quick, tasty and easy appetizer!INGREDIENTS
-Mussels ( large size) 800 g
-White bread 120 g
-Eggs 2
-Parmigiano reggiano 40 g
-Breadcrumbs 40 g
-Parsley 20 g
-Salt up to q.b.
-Black pepper q.b.
-Sunflower oil for frying q.b.
METHOD
Before the preparation you have to wash the mussels.
Open it with a knife.
In a big bowl mix bread pieces with your hand, add in parmesan, parsley, bread crumbs, eggs and species. Mix it well, make a little bowls from this and put it in the mussels.
Put down the mussels in hot oil for 3-4 minutes.
