Low Carb Char Siew and Pork Belly - Lye Bo Toss Noodle

Описание: It all began from an intent to bring a healthy, low carb version of Char Siew and pork belly noodles for their customers. Mr and Mrs Desmond Lye roast pork with a combi oven that eliminates a smokey and oily kitchen. Despite that, the roasted pork is tender charred edge, and each bowl of noodle is topped with Kai Lan and an onsen egg.

To satisfy the cravings of their father, who is diagnosed with diabetes, the couple whips up low carb cakes. This is subsequently added to the menu added and served only at certain times of the week.
