Audrey Garland (Fitness instructor from Dublin, Ireland) versus Jo Newman (Detective Constable (Police Officer) from Birmingham, West Midlands)

Anthony "Tony" Nesbeth (Scaffolder from Acton, West London) versus Adam Stretton (Hotel concierge from Basingstoke, Hampshire but originally from Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire)

Notes: Duel is not in the first Semi Final which is supposed to be in the first Semi Final for its appearance to take place in an event line-up as a core event and a combat event.

Instead, Suspension Bridge is in the first Semi Final for its fourth appearance to be played as a whole event for all men and women for the first time because it has been played as a split event in three previous shows. But it is not meant to be in the first Semi Final which does not take place in the first Semi Final.

In an event line-up for all Gladiators and contenders in a split event, Whiplash is for the women and The Wall is for the men.

Powerball is put on the fourth event but was supposed to be on the first event in an event line-up.

Pendulum takes place in an event line-up for its appearance in the first semi-final and is put on the fifth event for the first time since the fourth series, 1995.

Absent: Gold, Rhino, and Warrior.
