The Tru Drone team headed out to Redlands, CA, where we explored the remnants of the Lockheed Propulsion Company. Though it existed for only a short while, it played an important role in America's Cold War efforts. This included working on the following:
Third stage of the Vanguard Rocket
Emergency escape motors for the Mercury Program
Emergency escape motors and for Saturn V
Putting fuel into rocket motors for Explorer missions
Second stage of Nike Zeus missiles
Fuel and motors for Short Range Attack Missile program
