Potato Asparagus Salad

500 g potatoes
500 g fresh asparagus
chives
dill
olive oil
3 tsp whole grain mustard
lemon
1 tsp honey
Wash small potatoes thoroughly and boil it until done. Cut the potatoes into small pieces, season with salt, and drizzle with olive oil. Roast in an oven at 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
Cut the asparagus into smaller pieces and cook in salted water for about 10 minutes after it starts boiling.
Chop the dill and chives.
In a jar with a lid, add olive oil, mustard, juice of half a lemon, honey, salt and pepper. Close the lid and shake well.
In a deep bowl, mix the potatoes, asparagus, chives and dill. Pour over the dressing and mix again.
