This is The Premier Colorado Desert Tower Rock Climb & Rappel with an Astounding History dating back to 1907 and John Otto. Located in the Colorado National Monument just South of Grand Junction right off I-70, this route started off on Brittle Sandstone with scant protection for the first half of the climb but the upper two pitches cleaned up very nicely and had several points of reliable fixed protection (Bolts). The route finishes by Cranking through an overhanging section created by the Tower's Enormous Cap Stone, EPIC!
