1km - New BLINDFOLDED Highline World Record - in Russia

Описание: Here is a drone shot that @jaantastic took of me when I was walking somewhere in the first quarter of the 1km Line that is now the blindfolded world record. I'm glad that this is where @jaantastic flew. In the first half of the line, when sending blindfolded wasn't even on my mind yet and all I wanted to do was walk as far and as fast as I could, not really caring about falling too much. I gotta say, the expectation game on big highlines like this is crazy. You gotta fight without desire. 💗
In the first couple of hundred meters I was convinced I wouldn't be able to fight through all those wind gusts blindfolded anyway. But then all of a sudden the middle section was there and way easier than I expected. I experienced flow like never before. For a couple of minutes I was completely relaxed. I heard my breath in my head like during ashtanga yoga. I WAS nothing but breath. I was probably walking just as fast as without the blindfold.
Then the end became difficult again and I slowed down a lot. I went through some fights, wind gusts and almost slipping on a connection multiple times. But hey, what's a big send without a few screams right? 😉

The whole walk took me about 50-60 minutes, with the big majority of time spent in the second half.
I'm fucking stoked the 1km blindfolded happened! This one had been on my mind for a while and now we were in the right place with the right team. 💪❤ and once again I believe that anything is possible in this sport...
