Fig Crimson Gin Sour
Ingredients
One fresh fig
45 ml gin
15 ml orange juice
15 ml cranberry juice
15 ml fresh lemon juice
Half egg white
Method
Add fig gin orange juice cranberry juice lemon juice and egg white to a mixer
Blend briefly until smooth and frothy
Add ice and blend again for a few seconds until chilled
Strain into a chilled glass
Let the foam settle and serve
