I hope you find a way to visit the New England Quilt Museum (NEQM) in Lowell, Massachusetts! It's about an hour's train ride out of Boston (that's how I got out there—it was easy and cheap, and I was back in Boston for dinner).

Many thanks to my friend and NEQM curator Pam Weeks for her thoughtful, funny gallery tour and great hat. She met me at the museum to film this on a day when she didn't have to be at work and the museum was closed.
