The Abandoned Ones founder Judy Obregon said a picture of a poodle mix in a driveway looking like he was dead devastated her. Judy said she was on the lookout for this dog a number of times. A Fort Worth, Texas resident saw the dog wandering around as if a stray. The resident said many local kids have been seen torturing him. Judy said she was constantly looking for the dog. The photographer informed Judy that the dog didn’t look like he was breathing and didn’t even move when he was approached.
