Oreo biscuits – 2 packs (about 28–30 biscuits)
Milk – 1 cup
Sugar – 2 tablespoons (optional, Oreos are already sweet)
Baking powder – ½ teaspoon
Butter – 2 tablespoons (melted)
Chopped nuts or chocolate chips – optional
Method
Crush the chocolate
Break the Oreo biscuits into small pieces in a bowl. You can crush them with your hands or a rolling pin.
Prepare the batter
Add milk, sugar (if using), baking powder, and melted butter to the crushed biscuits.
Mix well to form a smooth, thick batter.
Prepare the pan
Grease a small cake tin or bowl with butter and pour the batter into it.
Tap gently to remove air bubbles. Sprinkle nuts or chocolate chips on top if desired.
Cook (No Oven Options)
Pressure Cooke or pan Preheat empty cooker for 5 minutes on low heat. Place the tin inside (without whistle). Cook for 30–35 minutes.
Steamer: Steam for 30–35 minutes.
Oven (optional): Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 30 minutes.
Cool & decorat with melt and crushed chocolate and Serve
Let the cake cool completely, then unmold and slice.
