For today's The Sims 4 speed build I am building two connected colorful Mexican houses overlooking the water, in Cuidad Enamorada (The Sims 4 Lovestruck EP). This is a NO CC build, believe it or not. Las Dos Hermanas translates from Spanish to "the two sisters". This could be used as a hotel (you'll need to renovate the interior), or as a rental lot with two units, or you could use it as a regular residential (I did save it as a residential lot so it could be accessible to everyone). Enjoy this speed build!
