Kanchi mutt Shankracharya Jayendra Saraswathi passed away at the age of 82. He was suffering from breathing problem and was admitted in the hospital. Doctors tried to revive him for 45 minutes and declared that he had taken samadhi. After the news broke large number of devotees rushed to the mutt.
