Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today I'm gonna take a look at this Attwood Marine 3.5 pound Grapnel Anchor System for kayaks, canoes, and even personal watercrafts. Now for those of you who wanna just stop and fish, take in the view, or just drift for a while, this Grapnel Anchor Kit has everything you're gonna need. It includes the 3.5 pound anchor, 25' of rope, the marker buoy right here, and the giant snap hook. It does also come with this nice durable nylon case that'll carry everything in it. Now, this is a compact four-fluke grapnel anchor.

It grips securely in mud, sand, gravel, or even rock. And it is sized perfectly for kayaks, canoes, float tubes, or personal watercrafts. As we mentioned, it is lightweight at just 3.5 pounds, so it's very easy to handle, no matter if you're paddling solo or packing light. They include a rope here, marker buoy, giant snap hook. Makes set up really fast so you spend more time relaxing, and less time fiddling with the gear.

And what's nice about this, all of this will tuck away into this tough nylon case that'll keep your gear together, protect your hull from scratches during transport or storage. And just to show you how you would do that, basically here it is open. What you'll do is slide this collar up, and then just push the four hooks there, and then slide the collar down. And then just turn it to where it won't slide up, and it keeps it all together just like that. And then all you have to do is take your, slide this in there, your storage.

Slide your rope in there. Slide your buoy all the way in there. Put your hook in there. And then once it's all in there, you can just slide it up it has this, slide this down to tighten it. And just like that, there's everything all in one bag ready to go.
