Historical mosque in India’s Uttar Pradesh region demolished to ‘widen the road’

Описание: WATCH: A widely shared video shows the Shahi Masjid, a historic mosque reportedly dating back to the 16th century, being demolished by authorities in India’s Uttar Pradesh region to “widen the road”.

According to the mosque’s imam, the matter was scheduled to be discussed in court on 16 January but the demolition went ahead regardless on 9 January.
