London walk: Oxford Street via Marble Arch, Bond Street, Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road, Soho

Описание: Oxford Street walk - 40 minutes
Oxford Street is London’s most famous shopping street (probably), so join me on this London walk from Marble Arch crossing Park Lane, to join Oxford Street at its western extent to walk its full length ending at New Oxford Street at its eastern point. We pass some of the top London stores such as Selfridges and His Masters Voice, and three of London’s tube stations in the form of Bond Street Tube, Oxford Circus Tube and Tottenham Court Tube. At Oxford Circus we can see Regent Street to the north and south of us before the final leg of this 40-minute walk takes us to Tottenham Court Road crossing north to south and New Oxford Street heading east. Not quite ready to end my walk there, I head back down Oxford Street to finish up in Soho Square.

My equipment:
DJI Osmo Pocket. I am still learning how to use this little device. It has a tendency to have the camera slightly raised at the start of filming focusing a little too high on the horizon, so I am trying to remember to tilt it slightly downwards. The result this time is that the first ten minutes or so of the walk are somewhat too bright with a bit of a white sheen spoiling the depth of the colours. I corrected this when I noticed it during filming and the colours thereafter are improved. It also filmed a few sections upside down!
