These are my favorite cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had and sold out every time we made them for our customers. The best part is they refrigerate beautifully! Aside from the fact that they make way more than you need; the dough is customizable. You really can make these your own and I feel they will become a tradition in your home.

No matter what you decide to fill them with; get baking y’all!

Dough:
1/2 cup warm water
1 tbs sugar
2 1/4 tsp yeast
4 cups flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tbs softened butter
1 cup hot water
1 egg
Filling:
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup extra soft butter
Cinnamon to taste
Frosting:
4 cups confectioners sugar
1/2 cup softened butter
8 oz cream cheese
2-3 tbs milk
Splash of vanilla
