Correct Hand Positioning In Boxing When Throwing the Jab

Tom goes over two different jabs and where the correct position of your rear hand needs to be. Tom reviews the old school hand positioning of all the all time greats that had their right hand in front of their chin and have one eye down the barrel of the gun with the traditional jab. For the second jab, the up jab, you position your rear hand on the side of your face. Tom goes into detail to explain how this hand positioning gives you inches of an advantage. Boxing is a game of inches. Then Tom shows you how a boxer can practice this on the heavy bag. Tom ends the video with a bonus teaching you how to throw the over under jab on the heavy bag.
