In this video, I spar with Abdel Kareem Alselwady, a UFC level MMA fighter, and experience firsthand the speed, timing, pressure, and composure that separates elite fighters from everyone else.

This was real sparring and a real lesson in martial arts, MMA, kickboxing, and combat sports. From the first exchange, the difference in level was undeniable. UFC fighters operate with precision, calm under pressure, and an ability to control distance and tempo that can only be developed at the highest level.
