Easy mushroom Swiss burger
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon cooking oil
1 pound 80/20 ground beef
8 oz white mushrooms cleaned
Half of a medium onions diced
Swiss cheese
Lots of Steak seasoning on both sides of burger
Salt both sides of burgers
Garlic aioli
brioche buns buttered and grilled
Salt mushroom and onions well after grilled
