Inherited Unique Effectiveness Clarification: I incorrectly use the word effectiveness implying you need the duration. Inherited uniques are all 60% duration of non-inherited, so I think you can simplify the calculation of whether a unique is inherited well to just the inherited vs non-inherited effect strength and that is what the below 35%, 35-50%, above 50% refers to.
