Описание: This video marks 10 WEEKS POST-SURGERY PEOPLE! Here is a compilation of this week's rehabilitative exercises that were prescribed to TJ this week to continue his fast track to recovery from quad tendon reattachment surgery. This week's focus is mainly on eccentric/concentric loading, loaded lateral movement, and agility drills. Thanks to a combination of TJ's relentless hard work and the application of our Fitness Longevity Model, TJ continues to recover at a faster rate than any of us here at EFP could have anticipated. We are so proud of this guy and how far he has come.
