Super Saiyan 4 - is a super saiyan transformation that has its origin in the anime-only sequel to dbz... dragonball GT. now this form is extremely unique and different from the past super saiyan forms. and its also powerful enough to break through a wish of the fucking dragonballs!! returning goku back to his adult body for its duration of use. ssj4 a combo of both the humanoid saiyan and Great Ape form. the only way a saiyan can attain ssj4 is if they have their tail, can already turn super saiyan, and then regain conscious control over the awesome golden ape form. which results in becoming super saiyan 4. only pure blood saiyajins can attain this awesome form...!!!!

In this badass form, the tail and the body is covered in red fur. the saiyan who attains this form also possesses a shadow trim around the eyes and over the eyelids that varies in color, such as crimson. the hair is no longer the iconic golden but instead back to the saiyans natural black. it is also longer, but not nearly as long as the epic SSJ3. the aura in this form loses the arcs of electricity and replaces it with becoming flame-like. the ssj4 form draws the power of its users up to their absolute limit!! the massive power level and speed brought on by this form easily make it the strongest ssj transformation in the dbgt series.

ya think what ya want of dragonball GT. it was a horrible sad mess. had potential to be great to carry on the legacy of dbz. not much love or lore input from toriyama so sadly toei fucked it up. it had decent arcs/villians that could have been done better... but at least dbgt did deliver some awesome content. like ssj4 and ironically this non canon form of super saiyan is the most fitting of the warrior race. so primal and badass.!! i hope maybe in the future toriyama will give it some love. we got broly and gogeta now canon. no one ever expected that. was legendary indeed. soo maybe ssj4 can too someday. canon in some way. broly would be more then worthy to have this form. unique to him alone. sighs. o please make it happen toriyama!! a fan can dream... :)
