My mantra lately has been "When you feel stuck, move". After doom scrolling and seeing something disturbing, I had to put the phone down and start living in real life. Join me for a productive weekend of winter garden clean up, harvesting homegrown loofahs, and discussing this spiritual practice to be aware of and clear your fears. I'll also be sharing a practice that came to me recently of a more aligned way to dispose of old seeds by returning them to the ground rather than the trash.
