Описание: Autumn is here, and I get into some cosy chores around the garden. Garlic needs to be sorted for fall planting, tender basil is collected, and the chicken yard needs tidying. It's been great to be home, cooking, baking, decorating.

Hello Friends! I'm Monika, a hedgewitch, homesteader and author. In 2022 my partner and I bought a 707 square foot cottage on the outskirts of Victoria B.C. on Vancouver Island. The cottage and garden needed extensive upgrades, some pictures of which you can see in our first vlog. My intention with this garden and cottage is to honor the land and the Great Cosmic Mother with permaculture, bio-dynamics, sustainable practices, planting trees, creating beauty, and supporting bees.

We live here with our chickens and rescue cat, Midnight, and thousands of pollinators who visit our flower border which covers our septic field.

My desire is to create a safe, peaceful, inspiring channel for you, where you can find some calm respite.
