We’ve been taught to judge light by how bright it looks. Your body doesn’t agree.
Every wavelength of light sends a different biological instruction, from setting your body clock to fueling cellular repair. Most indoor lighting delivers brightness without the biology, flooding rooms with the wrong spectrum at the wrong time.
The sun works because it delivers power where it matters. Artificial light has to be selective. When it isn’t, sleep, metabolism, mood, and long-term health suffer quietly.
Light isn’t just illumination. It’s information.
And most of us are getting the wrong message every night.
