i was able to have an iptv link of the said channel with a help of KrizzlyTV (bruh thanks).

the last slide was playing on loop, along with theme music from select original programs from disney as background music (which is very rare for any shutdowns), up until 12:24am utc +3.

disney junior in turkey, by contrast, is still operating as i’ve seen the channel still on regular programming. it was mentioned very briefly on disney channel turkey’s wikipedia page quoting that disney junior “will also close on march 31, 2022” [1]. the quote has been removed from the page as it has no evidence proving so.
