Well this was a very interesting sight when I first saw this siren. Both skirts on the siren are laying next to it on its platform. You can see them blow around slightly as the siren is sounding. It was not loud at all. There is a sterling model m directly underneath this siren which you can see at the end of the video and in the 2nd shot which is inactive. This small town also has a ATI HPSS-16R which is presumably inactive too. This siren went early, around 11:56 so if you ever film this make sure to start recording on your camera early to not miss the windup.
