I Call Them “Bubble Employees.”

Recently We Had a Vinyl, Wood Plank Flooring Installed In Our Basement, Which Turned Out Very Well (so we thought.)

Until Just 3 Days Later, a Giant Bubble, About The Size of My Fist, Popped Up Right In The Middle of The Floor. I Stomped On The Bubble, & It Went Away, Only To Randomly Pop Back Up, About 4 Feet Away.

I Stepped On The Bubble In The New Spot, And The Floor Went Back Down To Normal.

“Ahhh, Problem Solved, Maybe The Floor Just Needed To Settle,” I Said To My Wife.

“Nope, She Said, Look Behind You.”

And There It Was, The Freakin Bubble Had Resurfaced, In a Totally Different, Random Spot, with No Rhyme or Reason.

This Is What I’m Talking About When I Say “Bubble Employees.” And They Are Some of The Most Frustrating, Perplexing People You Will Have On Your Team, Which, By Asking Yourself This 1 Question, You’ll Realize You Need To Fire Them.
