Man wakes up, grabs alarm clock, angrily, turns it off and goes back to sleep. Man sets up machine that emits a strip of twine and fastens it to sleeping man's blanket. The alarm clock rings and the machine automatically pulls the blankets off the sleeping man, who wakes up with a start. Man talks to camera about his invention. CU hands on electronic device that simulates a human voice (robot-like voice). Robber holds up store clerk, shots ring out, robber falls to the floor. Store clerk shows his bulletproof wrist and chest pads. Robber follows young woman carrying a valise. Woman turns around and fires shots from wrist, he falls to the ground. Toddler in high chair chewing on his hand; mother covers his hand with metal ball to prevent thumb sucking. Woman in nursemaid's uniform leans over baby crib and switches on device on crib railing. Baby's bottom is lifted up and a padded blanket is placed under it. CU device on side of crib, woman returns to crib to change diaper. Sleeping mother wakes up to sound of baby crying, she reaches for device the size of an alarm clock. CU hand switching on device. CU floor under crib, crank turns and gently rocks the crib, music plays. Phonograph plays record. Baby is placed in compartment under canopy of spokes, baby rotates under canopy as mother knits. Dog runs along a round treadmill. Row of dogs run on indoor treadmills. Dog runs inside a wheel-shaped treadmill. Woman demonstrates proper swimming technique by allowing machine to move her arms and legs. Golfer shows crowd of women machine that demonstrates a proper swing. Boxer fights with mechanical opponent. Man places hose over car exhaust, slides contraption under car & activates, car rises, flat tire is lifted. Woman pushes lawn mower and it self-mows entire lawn. (robot mower). Two boys mow lawn with bicycle-mower contraption. Man turns dial on contraption, aims showerhead hose at lake, fish sucked up from lake. Woman places collar around secretary's neck, she begins typing, as she nods, the collar prevents her from falling asleep. Motorized twirling fork is dipped into plate of spaghetti and scatters everywhere. Man models goggles with windshield wipers. Car collapsed into compact size for easy parking in tight space. 1930s sedan slides itself sideways into a curbside parking spot.
