Binder:
Whipped Cream frosting
Coatings:
Milk and white baking chocolates
Cream Cheese filling procedure:
1) Combine 1/2 cup cream cheese and 1/8 cup butter(softened)
2) Add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 tsp milk. Mix well
3) Chill until firm
Cake balls procedure:
1) In a large bowl crumble the cake
2) Add frosting and mix until thoroughly combined (mixture should be moist enough to roll into balls and still hold a round shape)
3) Scoop out 1/4 cup cake mixture
4) Add 1/2 tsp filling
5) Roll into a ball
6) Freeze for 15 minutes
7) Repeat steps for the remaining cakes
8) Dip cae balls into the melted chocolate
9) Let it set up at room temperature
10)Add toppings/Design
Chocolate Coating:
1) Melt the chocolates using the bain marie method
