PAI SAG Mill Training

Описание: In this training module, we'll cover the workings of a semi-autogenous grinding mill, or SAG mill, that's designed to be the first stage of a grinding circuit. Ore that’s crushed in a primary crusher is usually fed into a SAG mill, where it is reduced in size so that it can be fed into a second stage of grinding in one or more ball mills.

We'll describe the general arrangement of a SAG mill, its principle of operation, and provide detailed descriptions of the major components and the role that each component plays in its operation. You'll learn about the mechanism of ore breakage, how the mill is supported on trunnion bearings, the importance of the lubrication systems, how the drive system operates, as well as the method of controlling the size distribution of the ground ore discharging from the SAG mill.
